Beyond the Usual Itinerary

This journey wasn’t built from catalogues. It grew from years of exploring Croatia, working with local people and discovering the places and traditions that make each region unique.

Rather than trying to see everything, we’ve chosen to spend more time in fewer places. To sit down for a meal without watching the clock, enjoy conversations that aren’t rushed, and take the time to experience each place properly.

It’s a way of travelling that allows you to experience more than just the places you visit.

Meet winemakers at their family wineries, taste their wines and hear their stories. You’ll even discover and taste wines that have been ageing beneath the Adriatic Sea.

Enjoy freshly harvested oysters beside the waters where they’re grown, and learn why this small corner of Croatia has been known for its oysters for centuries.
