Booking and payment:
Please contact us to check availability for the requested departure date. Upon receiving confirmation from our side, a deposit in the amount of EUR 500,00 per person is required (non-refundable) to make a fixed reservation. Final payment of the balance to be paid not later than 60 days before tour starts.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation up to 60 days before tour start = loss of deposit
- Cancellation 59-45 days before tour start = 35% of the total package price
- Cancellation 44 – 30 days before tour start = 50% of the total package price
- Cancellation 29-15 days before tour start = 75% of the total package price
- Cancellation 14-0 days before tour start = 100% of the total package price
